Getting so close to my reward of the minibun. I am hovering at between 19 and 20 pounds lost. Trying really hard to not be frustrated with the daily yo-yo and patiently waiting for the yo-yo to move under 20. One of the hints of the program I am on is looking for other things to tell me that I am working the program successfully.
They check my blood pressure at the dentist. And I noticed that it is even better than it normally is. I don't have high blood pressure to begin with. Just a noticing. Also my resting heart rate is back down. This has to be due to the walking I am doing.
My clothing fits so much better and goes on easier. I can walk faster. That 20 pounds is like carrying two ten pound bags of sugar. What a picture. My hips don't hurt as much. My knees, on the other hand...actually I think I have some tendonitis going on again and at least walking does not bother it. I'm starting to sleep better.
I have many ways to tell me that this whole thing is working and making me healthier. So glad I decided it was time to take care of me.
