Let me preface this with I am not an adventurous eater. I tend to lean way on the picky side and usually don't like to try new things. I also don't like too much mixture of foods in one dish. But I found this recipe on Natashaskitchen.com for this Greek Salad. I never ever would have added olives, avocado or feta cheese to a salad. I doubt I ever would have tried a lemon dressing. And yet I did it to follow the recipe and it was so delicious. And easy.
I made it the way Natasha did and it was so gorgeous. I ate it for three days. Granted the first day was the best, but it remained edible until it was gone. This is how I change habits and keep on my new journey. Almost 16 pounds gone.
